Where We Missed it as a country by Angela Uyi

When Boko Haram insurgents started theirs; We said leave them alone one day they would get tired.
They went about killing innocent people that left more than two million people to be internally displaced in their own country.

Niger Delta Avengers follow suit and many clapped and ask them to keep on Bombing pipelines. Now Niger Delta is suffering it today.

We were still grieving and IPOB came with the call for Biafra Nation. As usual, we all watch in disbelief and allowed them instigate themselves against other tribes. And Nnamdi Kanu was arrested without trial. His stay in the prison was gathering momentum outside the world. His followers were increasing by the hundreds daily yet he was kept in the prison with no judge interested to hear his case. Our justice system needs total reformation and general cleansing of the judges from top to bottom.

Finally he was released and a monster was created who went about causing more mayhem. We were still looking for a way to beg the FG to create the right path to open dialogue for a peaceful resolution and how to get out from this social quagmire. There came the Arewa  Northern Youths that left the country in total confusion.

Other regions followed suit.
* Kaduna declaration
 *Lagos Declaration.
*Niger Delta declaration.
*Middle Belt Declaration.
*Lagos declaration.
*Oduduwa Republic Declaration.

It is time for all the declaring groups to form a peaceful coalition and design a path that would lead to social and economic freedom.

It is time for the Nigerian people and everyone living  on the Nigeria soil to come together and build bridge for peace.

It is time for the majority of the Nigerian people to come together in unity and make a declaration for Peace.

It is time for everyone to use the lives of the elites and rich politicians as an example. No matter the hatred, they are always united for as long they are on the right path to achieving a common goal.
Why can't the poor masses live like the elites?
It time for the people to speak up and demand for Peace, justice and strong institutions for a better Nigeria that will work for you and me.

Peace begins with me.
